Correct the following mistakes: (only 10)

Today, my boyfriend and me went to the beach for a long walk.
We stop by an ice-cream trunk to buy ice-cream.
However the Ice-cream man tells us that he was sold out of ice-cream.
So we walks for awhile to the next ice-cream man for some ice-cream.
when we finally get there we are also thirsty therefore we asked for some soda as well.
It was a long and tiring day, but it is a time to remember.
