Because the K Vill (another nane is Kuso Chat Village) have a lot of people speaking English.(?

So we should host a festival to upgrade the villagers' English ablity.





The rules:

1.Chatting in English.

2.If you are worried about your article is hard to understand,you can use Chinese translation
