其實不難理解...BIND是設定按鍵的...
舉例:
bind "ENTER" "+attack"
設定按鍵 ENTER 為 攻擊
BIND是按鍵的設定
ENTER是鍵盤ENTER鍵
+attack是動作設定名稱

另外
bind "KP_RIGHTARROW" "awp;"

是設定按鍵KP_RIGHTARROW (九宮格數字鍵6 好像吧..我對九宮格鍵盤設定不熟..)
動作命令是購買AWP
這是1.6版才有的動作設定~能直接寫上武器物品名稱直接做購買動作
如果是1.5版以前的則須寫上開啟購買選單~選擇選單編號才作購買

有人會發現我的九宮格設定有點怪怪的..沒錯..那不是CS內建設定動作
而是自己寫的動作命令...
這是透過exec來強制更換userconfig配置
原始config需要搭配userconfig來做設置動作所以CONFIG會有一段
// Add custom configurations to the file "userconfig.cfg".
但是userconfig內建設定是CS原始設定動作...常常會發生自行設定命令會相衝而無作用
所以要自己寫一個userconfig.cfg來做更改...
這樣可以保護原始配置不被破壞也降低設定錯誤所導致的風險

配合config設定 bind "KP_RIGHTARROW" "6chmap1"
在遊戲中按下鍵盤九宮格6執行6chmap1動作
6chmap1動作為使用公用頻道顯示.伺服器僅遵照地圖列表做25分鐘更換地圖，除站長外不得更換地圖！
遊戲畫面中出現
玩家:.伺服器僅遵照地圖列表做25分鐘更換地圖，除站長外不得更換地圖！

這是CS不透過中文輸入程式而顯示中文對話的方法之ㄧ..
但是限定寫好的例句而無法在遊戲中更換

至於.伺服器僅遵照地圖列表做25分鐘更換地圖，除站長外不得更換地圖！
這是因為範本是遊戲管理員的配置...伺服器沒使用AMX來架設所以要自己寫..><"

如果你有興趣使用請注意CONFIG存檔格式要改成UTF-8...不然會無法顯示
至於單鍵例句的教學文...等有有正式的版主再說吧...我不想寫沉底文..

這裡面所寫的是遊戲中參數的設定...其中很多設定關係著遊戲程式運作的配置
建議你..看不懂就不要動...不然遊戲會無法執行或是執行時發生問題..

題外話...

如果仔細看CONFIG設定就知道..裡面暗藏許多玄機...
為何某些玩家會動作比你快..玩家動作的流暢度...網路訊號平穩度都會比較高..
原因之一就是CONFIG參數設定有修改過...但這不算作弊...
原始CONFIG是配合大眾所使用的..但是每台PC配置不見得相同...玩家習慣也不同所以才做更改

雖然正式公開賽有限制CONFIG的更改..
但是比賽用PC是性能規格是完全相同的
比賽時遊戲通用遊戲參數也是整體一致..
能修改的僅有鍵盤配置...前提是以不破壞公平性為原則..當然userconfig是不能作更改..
