我安裝時出現

Error 25002
Some drvier has invalid name or conflicts with other files or service in system.

Please choose other drivers names or make sure you have rebooted after removal of
software using same names.

然後就不能安裝了QQ

請問是什麼問題? 要怎麼改善呢?

照官方說明找出那兩個登錄檔,刪除即可安裝你試錯誤25002
